About this role
Role Overview
- Perform monthly cost closing, including rate calculations, consumption, idle capacity and the unit's financial results
- Analyze Production Orders, mass balance, material consumption and machine-hours reporting
- Monitor cost, margin and manufacturing expense variances, explaining deviations to management
- Perform accounting reconciliations of inventory balance sheet accounts
- Oversee and support physical inventory control and internal and external audits (SOX)
- Support areas such as Production, Purchasing, Maintenance, Logistics, FP&A and Accounting with financial and cost analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- Strong experience in industrial/manufacturing costing preferred
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of accounting and financial controls
- Intermediate English (advantage)
- Spanish (advantage)
