About this role
Role Overview
Generate and qualify new opportunities using AI-assisted research, account analysis, and signal detection
Use Copilot and AI tools to identify customer pain points, triggers, and environment gaps
Conduct structured discovery conversations informed by AI-driven preparation
Collaborate with senior account executives, software specialists, and sales engineers
Analyze pipeline and sales performance trends
Continuously refine selling approaches through feedback and experimentation
Requirements
3–5 years of B2B sales experience
Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Copilot in a work or sales context
Demonstrated success in complexed sales initiatives
Strong curiosity and rapid learning ability
Experience with lead generation and opportunity qualification
Comfort using CRM systems, data, and sales metrics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
