Overseeing the strategic planning, operations, and performance of multiple facility management accounts across the designated region
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective facility services while maintaining JLL's standards of excellence and driving client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of properties
Developing and executing regional facility management strategies aligned with JLL's objectives and client requirements
Serving as primary point of contact for key regional clients, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Leading contract negotiations, renewals, and expansion opportunities within the region
Ensuring consistent service delivery standards across all managed facilities in the portfolio
Overseeing day-to-day facility operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Implementing and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Developing and executing preventive maintenance programs to optimize asset performance and lifecycle
Coordinating emergency response procedures and business continuity planning across the region
Managing regional budget responsibility, including accurate forecasting, and cost control measures
Identifying cost optimization opportunities while maintaining service quality standards
Identifying CAPEX items for inclusion in asset replacement cycles
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Facility Managers and technical staff across multiple locations
Conducting performance reviews, providing coaching, and creating professional development plans
Fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and service excellence
Managing resource allocation and workforce planning to meet operational demands
Overseeing procurement and management of third-party service providers across the region
Elevating vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with agreements
Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key suppliers and contractors
Conducting regular vendor reviews and implementing improvement initiatives
Championing adoption of facility management technologies
Requirements
Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), FMP (Facility Management Professional), or equivalent preferred
Health & Safety certifications relevant to the region
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive facility management experience
At least 5 years in a regional or multi-site management role
Proven track record of managing large-scale facility operations and diverse teams
Experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management capabilities
Background in budget management and P&L responsibility
