Create and maintain a register of all manuals, policies, and controlled forms, including a schedule for document review and amendments
Control access to documents and ensure proper distribution to relevant stakeholders
Facilitate the document amendment process, including tracking amendment requests, obtaining approval for requested changes from the document owner, editing of the document and distributing and tracking updated documents
Apply document control procedures to ensure the integrity of company documentation, including the management of printed documents and protection of electronic documents
Working with various departments, assisting in the documentation of policies and procedures, following established document standards; creating templates to assist in the creation of standardized documentation
Assist with outbound Purolator, priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence as needed
Manage the front door
Receive deliveries, vendors and guests
Assist with Kitchen duties as needed
Assist with food for staff meetings, monthly birthdays and pizza, BBQ lunches, other
Support missionary Home Office visits and Candidate Orientation as required
Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong sense of ethical integrity and the ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with tact and discretion
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Clear police record and vulnerable sector check
Driver’s License, ability to work in office full time
