Formats and tailors content for various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, website, internal communications) to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
Oversee the creative process from concept to final delivery, working under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
Design and execute ad campaigns, ensuring visual content aligns with overall brand messaging and recruitment objectives.
Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of creative assets & content (images, logos, videos, templates, job descriptions, recruitment material), ensuring accessibility and currency.
Ensure all content reflects GE Vernova’s employer brand voice, tone, and values while supporting recruitment goals and strategic initiatives.
Integrate visual elements seamlessly with content, ensuring a cohesive and impactful message across all platforms.
Keep up to date with the latest design trends and industry best practices, applying insights to create modern, engaging, and innovative recruitment materials.
Requirements
Proven expertise in graphic design, particularly in creating digital and print materials for recruitment or marketing purposes, with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across multiple mediums.
Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs.
Experience in multimedia design (video, web content) is a plus.
Understanding of recruitment industry trends and tailoring design to attract talent.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
