Territory Manager

Role Overview

• Manage multiple logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within an established time frame
• Travel daily between assigned client retail locations
• Manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives
• Oversee daily outbound operations of multiple client retail locations
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Conduct daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
• Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor when dealing with conflict
• Reliable transportation for commuting and client meetings.
