Establishes and leads program management capability across Brazil while overseeing related projects where coordination, interdependencies, and strategic alignment are critical
Maintains a high‑level view of the Brazil project portfolio to support alignment with business priorities and effective resource utilization
Provides consolidated visibility into delivery performance, risks, dependencies, financial health, and value realization, enabling informed leadership decision‑making without imposing overly centralized or rigid control
Provides senior leadership and coaching to Project Managers across Brazil, particularly in São Paulo, strengthening client‑focused project delivery and building sustainable management capability
Develops leadership judgment, commercial awareness, and accountability through direct engagement, mentoring, and example, fostering a culture of pragmatic excellence and ownership
Coordinates effectively with technical discipline leaders, subconsultants, and external partners across projects to ensure alignment and collaboration
Ensures seamless integration of multidisciplinary services across the portfolio, supporting consistent delivery and quality outcomes
Represents the portfolio in internal leadership reviews and governance forums, providing clear insight into performance, risks, and strategic considerations
Defines and implements practical, scalable project management frameworks that support both internal efficiency and client‑facing delivery needs
Establishes consistent approaches to reporting, planning, and risk management while ensuring processes remain fit‑for‑purpose, adaptable, and supportive of delivery excellence rather than rigid methodology compliance
Provides functional and performance oversight of Program Managers and Project Managers. May have direct supervisory responsibility depending on organizational structure
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, planning, or a related infrastructure discipline
15 or more years of experience in infrastructure delivery, including programs and/or portfolios of complex projects
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs with P&L responsibility
Strong background in ports, maritime, transportation, coastal, or water infrastructure projects
