Manager, Field Shuttle Operations

Role Overview

• The Manager, Field Shuttle Operations oversees shuttle logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within an established time frame and meet customer expectations.
• Travel daily to assigned client retail location to ensure compliance with RLX standards.
• Manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives.
• Responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding client service goals.
• Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Use routing software for scheduling client deliveries.
• Conduct daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction with RLX deliverables.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
• Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
• Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor when dealing with conflict
• Must have a current and valid US driver's license.
