Role Overview
- Oversees shuttle logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise
- Ensures all deliveries are completed within an established time frame
- Manages relationships with motor carriers and client representatives
- Conducts daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction
- Identifies opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance
Requirements
- 1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
- Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace
- Must have a current and valid US driver's license
