Claims Service Representative – Business Insurance

Role Overview

• Handle claim information processing
• Guide clients through reporting procedures
• Keep claims moving smoothly from start to finish
• Support Claims Consultants by providing timely status updates, preparing reports, and helping resolve client questions

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience processing and managing Property & Casualty insurance claims with accuracy
• Strong communication skills to guide clients and collaborate with internal teams
• Ability to maintain detailed and organized claim documentation
• Proficiency with software systems, including Excel
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Commitment to timeliness and quality in client service and data integrity
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field (additional qualification but not required)
