Develop and deliver human health and ecological risk assessments
Support proposal development, including contributing to project scoping, planning, and budgeting activities
Evaluate site-specific physical characteristics, environmental data, receptor exposure assumptions, and toxicity information to inform the development of exposure and risk models
Prepare detailed conceptual site models by consolidating and interpreting field data, laboratory results, and other relevant site and receptor information
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare high-quality technical reports
Contribute to proposal writing and provide technical support to projects
Mentor and support junior staff
Requirements
Graduate degree in biology, toxicology, chemistry, soil science, geoscience, or related scientific field
5 to 10 + years of experience in preparing high-quality human health and/or ecological risk assessments
Hands-on experience in environmental data collection and evaluation
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with scope development, budgeting, and proposal preparation.
Working knowledge of biological and toxicological studies
Valid driver’s license and willingness to occasionally travel to sites/clients
Membership or eligibility for membership in a professional organization
