About this role
Role Overview
- Service provision to Global Procurement Team covering all TwO operations; supply-centers and markets, and all spend categories, direct materials, logistics, third-party spends and indirect services.
- Business Partner with Global Procurement and other TwO departments
- Provide performance reporting and KPI for the Global Procurement Team
- Catalogue management (gather all required catalogue data inputs, gain all required approvals, set up und maintain live catalogues)
- Ensure that all relevant master data; suppliers, contracts, pricing, materials, services are maintained and system support for Scan market/E-sourcing, Mintec, Kairos is provided.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of procurement experience, especially in data management
- Fluency in English And Polish, both written and spoken
- Working knowledge of Ariba
- SAP/4Hana user knowledge
- Data and analytics experience
- Knowledge of French or German would be an additional asset
