About this role
Role Overview
Manage the entire software sales cycle in Portugal, from lead generation to contract signing;
Maximize the company's annual sales through effective territory planning and the development of opportunities with existing customers;
Build and strengthen customer relationships, focusing on meeting targets and delivering concrete results;
Identify new business opportunities, actively contributing to the company's sustainable growth;
Propose innovative solutions to clients, ensuring effective communication with all areas of the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum of 6 years of prior experience in sales.
Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
Solid knowledge of the industrial, manufacturing and engineering sectors, as well as a relevant network of contacts.
Proven experience in direct software sales, with a track record of successful negotiations.
Results-oriented profile with excellent communication, organizational and negotiation abilities.
Availability to travel within the country.
Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on results.
