Role Overview
Lead and oversee multi-country European tax compliance, including VAT, WHT, DST, and local filings
Manage external advisors and BPO providers to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business, ensuring proactive compliance
Support audits and tax inquiries, managing risks and ensuring proper documentation
Partner with cross-functional teams to support tax implementations related to new country expansion, product launches, and restructuring initiatives
Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Business teams on operational and commercial initiatives
Drive scalable tax processes and automation, partnering with Financial Systems and global tax teams
Support entry into new markets and key business initiatives across Europe

Requirements
A business-oriented tax professional with at least 8+ years of experience in tax, ideally within multinational environments
Someone with strong expertise in European VAT and multi-country tax compliance frameworks
A collaborative partner with proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Business teams
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and drive practical solutions
A strategic thinker with experience supporting business growth, market expansion, and operational initiatives
A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
A self-starter who thrives in fast-growing, international environments and enjoys building scalable processes
Someone with familiarity or prior experience in wellness, technology, SaaS, or marketplace companies (strong plus)
