Lead development and execution of contracting strategies to support revenue and margin growth across Individual and IDN customers
Partner with Sales leadership to structure complex deals aligned with pricing and margin targets
Participate in customer negotiations and high-value commercial discussions
Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, redlining, execution, and post-signature management
Ensure contract accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal approval processes and GPO strategies
Manage amendment workflows, pricing files, and contract documentation
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive efficient contract execution
Present deal analyses, recommendations, and risk assessments to senior leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of contracting professionals
Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans
Foster a high-performance, customer-focused team environment
Drive process improvements to increase contracting efficiency and throughput
Develop and maintain tools, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making
Leverage systems such as Microsoft tools and Model N to optimize workflows

Must be at least 18 years of age
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in contracting, pricing, or commercial operations
3+ years of people leadership experience
Demonstrated experience leading complex negotiations and contract strategy
Experience working with IDNs, GPOs, or healthcare distribution models preferred
