Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and advertising spend on the platform.
Own the full sales cycle from identifying growth opportunities to closing increased commitments with small to mid-size businesses.
Follow best practices for setting up campaigns, including recommended flight durations, budget allocations, and creative strategies, to ensure maximum client success.
Use data to manage, review, and report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targets.
Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored advertising solutions to clients.
Build and manage both internal MarketStar team and external client counterpart relationships.
Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal MarketStar peers and leadership.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Internally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc.
Adhere to advertising policies and guidelines and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B digital advertising or technology environment.
Strong results orientation with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
