Role Overview
Lead a multidisciplinary team
Oversee financial management and departmental performance
Develop and implement departmental strategies
Conduct regular performance reviews and 1-on-1s
Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues
Foster strong interdepartmental communication
Support innovation within the department
Monitor and assess departmental KPIs
Requirements
Legally able to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AB
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, paid media, social media and/or email marketing
At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client relationship management
Strong experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Paid Media platforms, Active Demand, Hootsuite, and Canva
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets or P&Ls
Excellent communication and organizational skills
