You personally handle operational sales processes — from consultation and proposal creation to negotiation and contract closing.
You optimize the lead-nurturing process and ensure that marketing and sales campaigns work seamlessly together.
You drive our inbound activities across social media, newsletters and performance campaigns, and own external communications on all channels.

Requirements
You have several years of leadership experience in sales, marketing or business development, ideally in a digital or agency-adjacent environment.
You take disciplinary responsibility and lead teams with clarity, motivation and a focus on goals.
You think strategically and entrepreneurially and make decisions based on KPIs and growth targets.
You are familiar with digital marketing solutions, B2B sales, and both inbound and outbound lead generation.
You have experience developing and implementing integrated sales & marketing strategies.
You work in a data-driven way and use CRM systems to manage and optimize your processes.
You communicate clearly and persuasively and can explain complex topics in an understandable way.
You spot digital market trends early and translate them into opportunities for growth and partnerships.
You have excellent German and English skills and operate confidently in an international environment.
