Develop innovative and creative concepts for integrated campaigns and marketing activities
Visualize and execute ideas from conception to production
Lead art direction for various campaigns, including TVC, KV, Innovation, Guerilla, Social, and Digital
Play a critical role in client proposals and pitches
Mentor and lead creative teams
Collaborate with a Copywriter to brainstorm and execute ideas
Work closely with account managers and clients
Coordinate with team members across different media types
Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audiences
Present concepts and designs to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary
Ensure all visual materials produced adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and advertising

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field
From 5 years of experience, proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in an agency environment
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects and campaigns
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Drawing skills is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
