Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
Assist customers with questions about products, orders, payments, and returns to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service level goals.
Participate in continuous training to stay informed about marketplace updates and best practices.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian, both written and verbal, and a high level of English, is required. Please ensure to state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
