Talent Operations Intern – Hiring Support

Role Overview

• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines on Zoho Recruit
• Track candidates across different stages of the hiring process
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates
• Support job postings and basic LinkedIn updates
• Help organize and streamline hiring workflows and records
