About this role
Role Overview
Manage order intake and processing (EDI, internal systems, manual entry)
Track orders through to delivery
Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure deadlines are met
Monitor inventory levels and anticipate stock shortages
Support management of key accounts by ensuring a high level of service
Proactively resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or inventory
Generate and analyze operational reports (orders, inventory, performance)
Work closely with internal teams (logistics, accounts, marketing)
Maintain strong client relationships in a B2B context
Report any product quality issues
Requirements
Experience in order management, B2B customer service, or logistics coordination
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or food industries (major asset)
Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
Experience with an ERP system (SAP is an asset)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Accuracy, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Bilingualism required (French and English, spoken and written)
