Requirements
Ability to work in Office Monday
Friday 8am-5pm CST; with a 1 hour lunch break , 2-3 days in office
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in medical or dental billing or collections is highly desirable.
Familiarity with dental billing codes and insurance terminology is a plus.
Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem-solve and manage billing discrepancies professionally.
Highly organized with effective time management skills.
