Lead end-to-end RFP development, including requirements finalisation, evaluation criteria, and vendor engagement
Drive structured requirements gathering across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
Facilitate workshops to identify compliance gaps against Aged Care standards
Conduct market scans and platform evaluations, including vendor demos and assessments
Manage vendor shortlisting, proposal evaluation, and scoring frameworks
Develop business cases and procurement recommendations for executive decision-making
Build integrated project plans across discovery and procurement phases
Deliver high-quality executive reporting, documentation, and governance artefact

3–5+ years Project Management experience in healthcare, aged care, or regulated environments
Demonstrated experience leading RFP processes, vendor selection, and procurement activities
Strong capability in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and business process assessment
Experience engaging clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
Ability to translate complex requirements into structured documentation and evaluation models
Familiarity with compliance-driven programs (aged care highly regarded)
Experience with platform reviews or system replacement initiatives highly regarded
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards or regulatory frameworks highly regarded
PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification highly regarded
