You are responsible for keeping the content pipeline relevant, consistent, and aligned with what is trending and performing on social media.
Stay constantly updated with trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Identify daily/weekly viral formats, hooks, and content styles
Generate and propose high-performing content ideas daily/weekly
Adapt trends to brand niches and marketing objectives
Develop multiple angles, hooks, and variations for each content idea
