Experience at a digital marketing agency or startup supporting social media management
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics and project tracking tools (Notion, ClickUp)
Creative, analytical and organized profile
Heavy user of social media, with an ability to quickly identify trends
Curiosity and proactivity to learn, test ideas and propose improvements with team guidance
Experience working with major players or info-product creators
Basic understanding of managing creators and influencers
Experience optimizing content for engagement and conversion
Assist in interpreting metrics and results and support improvement actions
