Receive daily client payments, verify them in accordance with internal compliance policies, and record transactions in the system to clients' accounts or prepaid cards
Respond to client support requests and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Perform monthly billing on client accounts
Liaise with internal teams regarding client transactions, accounts, or cards
Process a high volume of transactions on bank accounts (including crypto accounts) with a high degree of accuracy
Perform ad hoc tasks related to financial operations
Assist financial analysts in preparing monthly and quarterly reports
Participate in initiatives to optimize and improve internal processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field, such as Business, Economics, Management, etc.
At least 1 year of relevant professional experience (e.g., payment or transaction processing)
Intermediate Excel skills, score of 7/10 or higher
Excellent command of spoken and written English is required to communicate with third-party providers such as international banks, clients, and other fintech companies; fluency in French is essential for internal office communication.
Problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and long-term vision
Appetite for challenges; autonomous and passionate about Fintech
Experience in the Fintech sector is a major advantage
Experience with payment systems, including Mastercard, Visa, etc.
