Role Overview
- Handle customer queries via voice/chat/email
- Deliver resolution within defined SLAs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Adapt to domestic or international customer requirements
- Use AI tools to enhance efficiency and response quality
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Education: 12th Pass (Graduation pursuing or completed in any domain except Law)
- Strong command over English + at least one local language
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency
- Familiarity with AI tools is expected
