About this role
Role Overview
- Manage daily commission payments;
- Organize the commission payment workflow;
- Record and reconcile payments in Netship and CargoWise systems;
- Request invoices from customers and suppliers.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Intermediate English;
- Spanish is a plus;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Experience working with freight forwarders and/or NVOCCs is desirable;
- Knowledge of accounts payable procedures;
- Ability to analyze situations, positive attitude, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a dynamic work style.
