Accounts Payable Specialist

Role Overview

• Review all incoming invoices and check requests for accurate documentation
• Enter data into the system for check and ACH processing
• Responsible for reconciling payments to carriers
• Assist with and reviewing outstanding checks from customers and vendors
• Maintain all accounts payable files in a well-organized manner

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2 years of related accounts payable experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize based upon business and departmental needs
