Monitor strategies, track results and identify scenarios;
Analyze commercial conversion metrics for quotes (customers, prospects and lost quotes) and follow up on action plans with the commercial team;
Develop action plans together with the Air Product teams based on indicator analyses and results obtained, monitoring the effectiveness of implemented initiatives;
Propose and implement necessary improvements;
Act as the internal point of contact for the Air Product in commercial activities, interfacing between Industry and Product, overseeing the overall scope of business lines and controlling scope changes, priorities and deadlines;
Prepare and update performance and target indicator reports in accordance with the strategic plan;
Monitor weekly targets broken down by customers and routes for the current cycle;
Monitor financial indicators, identifying opportunities for strategic improvement;
Regularly monitor performance indicators and results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed;
Intermediate to advanced English – will be tested;
Experience with data analysis, KPIs, Excel and BI at a user level;
Knowledge of air services, including analysis of import and export processes, BID negotiations and spot operations – desirable.
