Managing an inventory of third-party bodily injury and property damage claims arising under a municipal insurer's automobile and general liability insurance policies
Providing superior customer service
Obtaining favorable claim conclusions through coverage determination, investigation, evaluation, communication, reporting, reserving, negotiation, and subrogation
Demonstrating excellent skills in investigation, evaluation, communication, computer use, and time management
Ability to work independently and effectively with clients, brokers, attorneys, and other departments

NY General Adjuster’s License
Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Relevant experience handling third-party bodily injury and property damage claims
Relevant experience and knowledge of business of claims adjusting and basic coverages.
