Role Overview
- Support customers over the phone and through email to process order payments.
- Work with customers who have special billing requirements to pay invoices.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve product returns, rebills or any customer invoicing issues.
- Ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- 100% in both verbal and written forms preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
