Propose and build standardized methods for area processes, focusing on automation, optimization, and scalability.
Actively manage and monitor the operation of the main internal workflows and systems.

Bachelor's degree completed.
Previous experience leading cross-functional projects.
Focus on efficiency, optimization, and scaling of processes, workflows, and systems.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis, and dashboard development.
Experience building executive presentations and structuring storylines.
Strong communication, planning, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.
Autonomy and proactivity in driving projects and initiatives.
Must reside in Curitiba or the metropolitan area, or in São Paulo. Hybrid position with weekly in-office attendance.
