Prepare sales projections by SKU for the predefined categories under your responsibility for the eight countries currently in operation, with potential expansion to additional countries where the Hinode Group begins operations;
Analyze sales performance of the categories and SKUs under your responsibility, maintaining alignment with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for process and sales performance improvements;
Present results and diagnose improvement opportunities for accuracy indicators, WMAPE, and for reducing stockouts and excess inventory;
Generate and track KPIs related to the manufacturing business;
Generate performance reports;
Develop performance indicators;
Conduct advanced analyses;
Conduct project feasibility studies and investment analyses;
Assist business units with mapping and identifying business opportunities.
