Lunt Associates, Inc. is seeking an organized and dependable Market Research Project Coordinator to handle administrative duties, logistics, and execution of market research projects. This role focuses on managing calendars, timelines, budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery and operational efficiency while driving meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee logistical aspects of research projects, including calendar management, scheduling, vendor management and reporting. Ability to support multiple internal team members requiring strong prioritization skills to deliver projects on time and in budget
- Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and professional day-to-day communication with external and internal clients and vendors
- Project & Process Documentation: Maintain proposals, questionnaires, reports and various documents on shared site, track progress and hours against plan to meet deadlines and standards
- Vendor & Fieldwork Oversight: Coordinate with external partners, agencies and vendors and proactively resolve issues during field to ensure accurate and on time execution and delivery
- Technology/AI: Support ongoing efforts to integrate project management tools, technology, and procedures; support use and integration of internal AI platform
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing market research
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Strong administrative, organizational, scheduling, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Project management experience in both Qualitative and Quantitative Methodologies preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365/PowerPoint slide development and proven ability to adapt to a range of new tech and software systems (e.g. AI, project management, research questionnaire development, etc)
