Evaluate, onboard, integrate, and manage engineering tools and platforms.
Lead intake and evaluation efforts for new engineering tools and vendor solutions.
Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into clear evaluation criteria.
Conduct technical research, facilitate demos, compare solutions, and document tradeoffs.
Serve as a primary coordination point with vendors during onboarding and implementation phases.
Drive timelines, action tracking, and cross-functional communication across multiple initiatives.
Partner with Engineering Infrastructure, IT, and internal customers for systems integration.
Identify interoperability gaps and track implementation progress for successful rollout.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience.
5+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, systems engineering, technical program delivery, engineering operations, or a similar cross-functional technical role.
Experience working directly with software vendors, implementation partners, or third-party technical platforms.
Strong technical understanding of software systems, integrations, APIs, permissions models, and enterprise tooling environments.
Experience coordinating complex multi-stakeholder technical efforts across internal teams and external partners.
Experience translating ambiguous business or engineering needs into structured plans, requirements, and next steps.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, vendors, and leadership.
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building structure where none exists.
