About this role
Role Overview
Preparation of leasing contracts, including all attachments and related documentation
Ensuring fast and error-free transfer of documentation between internal and external company contacts
Collecting required documents before/at delivery, such as handover protocols and insurance policies
Issuing all necessary documents for contract termination
Monitoring vehicle insurance and ensuring proper updates of insurance information in the LEASE module
Ensuring that contracts are duly signed and, if required, properly legalized on time
Responsibility for the LEASE module
Monthly invoicing of leasing and insurance contracts to customers
Preparation of documents for external scanning and archiving
Requirements
Previous professional experience in a similar position is required, preferably in administration or financial services
IT skills – a good knowledge of MS Office programs is required
Customer-oriented, collaborative, and a team player
Flexibility in handling work tasks
Proactive personality, problem-solving oriented, with an eye for detail
Interest in learning new things
High school diploma or college degree in economics/finance
English language proficiency at the B1 level
Knowledge of the local slovak language is essential
Driver's license, Class B
