About this role
Role Overview
Handle customer inquiries related to payments, invoicing, and billing.
Process financial documentation and verify account balances.
Support sales teams with payment-related queries and account management.
Assist in promotional campaigns and package modifications.
Manage refunds, invoice corrections, and debt collection processes.
Maintain accurate customer payment records and escalate complex issues when needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or payments operations.
Hands-on experience with payment processing systems and invoicing procedures.
Very good command of English (at min. B2 level).
Strong knowledge of financial documentation and billing processes.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
