Manage 40–50 active requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, focused on frontline hourly roles (e.g., Care Managers, Care Coordinators, and similar positions)
Proactively build candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and market mapping—not relying solely on inbound applicants
Own and drive sourcing strategy for evergreen, high-turnover roles
Partner directly with hiring managers and community leaders to understand hiring needs and anticipate future demand
Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, including recommending sourcing channels, job boards, and recruiting approaches
Identify and recommend new job boards and sourcing strategies based on market trends and hiring needs
Leverage ATS systems (currently Paychex) and other recruiting tools effectively to track and manage candidates
Coordinate and support hiring events at community locations to drive candidate engagement and hiring outcomes
Maintain a daily recruiting tracker aligned with scorecard metrics (time to fill, pipeline health, activity levels, etc.)
Operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and urgent hiring needs
Continuously identify opportunities to reduce turnover and improve hiring quality
Stay closely engaged with the business by learning about the communities, roles, and operational challenges
Communicate regularly with the VP of Talent Acquisition and provide updates on progress, challenges, and market insights
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to U.S. hiring and high-volume recruitment
Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment, ideally for hourly or frontline roles
Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to build pipelines from scratch and not rely solely on applicants
Experience working with multiple ATS platforms (experience with Paychex is a plus)
Ability to recommend and leverage different job boards and sourcing channels (e.g., Indeed and beyond)
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with hiring managers
Proactive mindset with the confidence to raise ideas, challenge approaches, and drive improvements
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting within healthcare, assisted living, or similar industries
Experience coordinating hiring events or community-based recruiting initiatives
Familiarity with high-turnover environments and evergreen requisitions
Experience using recruiting data and metrics to drive decision-making, optimize sourcing strategies, and improve hiring outcomes
Basic to intermediate data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, pipeline tracking)
Familiarity with project management principles to effectively prioritize requisitions and manage high-volume workflows
