Support senior-level analysts on sourcing and contracting activities for Cleveland Clinic
Assist in the identification of sourcing opportunities including cost savings, value creation, and risk management
Participate in contract negotiations and support sourcing strategies
Responsible for data management and maintenance in assigned categories
Request quotations from existing vendors and reviews against applicable criteria
Perform data analysis for assigned less complex spend categories
Collaborate with senior level analysts on contract negotiations and projects
Initiate requests for quotations and reviews incoming bids
Meet with sales representatives to evaluate new products or services available
Maintain excellence in customer service.

Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, transportation and logistics, Business or a related field required
High School diploma/GED and four years of relevant in a hospital setting can substitute work experience
Associate’s degree and two years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting can substitute work experience
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Must possess analytical skills and knowledge of PC computer programs to perform spreadsheet analysis and data extraction.
