5+ years of experience in marketing communication project management
Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate global marketing goals into sharp, effective local Go-to-Market strategies
Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex, overlapping launch timelines
Media Expertise: Strong understanding of the modern media landscape, including digital performance, social media trends, and traditional ATL planning
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and write clear, concise management reports
Resilience: Ability to work under high pressure, maintain speed during flagship launches, and pivot strategies quickly when market conditions change
Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; a strong team player who can lead cross-functional streams
Languages: Fluency in English and Latvian (Russian language skills will be considered an advantage)
