Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Professional certification in HR (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, PHR)
- Additional courses in HR, MBA or equivalent experience
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Strong experience in business, management, and project management principles
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource trends and technologies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills
