Role Overview
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and providing safe pharmacy services
- Supervises, monitors, and evaluates pharmacy staff
- Manages daily operations and communications
- Oversees product purchasing and inventory management
- Collaborates with nursing, delivery, and reimbursement departments
- Assesses patients' suitability for home care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
- Required licensure as a Pharmacist in each state where pharmacies are located
- At least 1 year of pharmacy management experience in a home infusion setting
- At least 3 years of experience directly managing people
- Experience overseeing purchasing and inventory processes
- Access to reliable transportation
- Active membership in a clinical or pharmaceutical organization
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
