About this role

Lead and manage a team of Home Health and Hospice sales professionals
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed growth targets
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and community partners
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Maintain an individual sales portfolio while supporting team performance
Conduct regular field rides and provide coaching, mentorship, and support
Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive overall business strategy
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Experience in healthcare, home health, or hospice sales preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze data, think strategically, and execute effectively
Experience managing and motivating a high-performing team.
