Role Overview

• Support practice operations for a group of Aspen Dental-branded practices
• Provide training and development support to team members
• Evaluate and communicate staffing needs
• Travel across the territory to maintain a consistent presence

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive experience managing multi-unit leaders within a customer or patient-based industry
• Proven experience leading strategic planning initiatives
• Prior profit and loss responsibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications
