Role Overview
- Provide AMS support for the SAP SD module
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis
- Implement continuous improvements
- Support users and analyze service tickets
- Prepare technical and functional documentation
- Perform fixes, adjustments, and configurations in SAP SD
Requirements
- Strong experience in the SAP SD module
- Experience providing AMS support
- Proficiency in core sales processes: Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Creation and management of sales orders (Sales Order)
- Billing and invoicing
- Deliveries and shipping
- Pricing
- Integration with FI and MM modules
- Analytical skills for problem resolution and process improvement
- Advanced to fluent English (interaction with global teams, leading meetings, and preparing documentation)
- Preferred: Experience with S/4HANA
