About this role

Define and evolve solution architectures focused on process automation and AI
Actively participate in technical implementation (development, integrations, tool configuration)
Provide technical leadership for strategic initiatives, ensuring quality and scalability
Map and optimize processes with a focus on automation and efficiency gains
Support prioritization and management of the project portfolio
Integrate solutions with existing enterprise systems
Ensure architecture, security, and governance best practices
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or equivalent role
Strong hands-on experience in technology projects
Solid experience in process automation (RPA, BPM, workflows)
Implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions (ML, NLP, etc.)
Systems and API integration
Experience in managing or supporting the management of project portfolios
Ability to operate from solution definition through technical execution
Experience with complex enterprise environments
Differentials:
Experience with ERP Protheus
Experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and microservices

Hybrid model (90% remote), with occasional onsite visits to Pinheiros (SP) or São Carlos (SP)
