About this role
Role Overview
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Border & Travel programs, from design to customer acceptance.
- Ensure contractual commitments in terms of quality, costs, deadlines, scope, and compliance.
- Supervise integration, customization, IVVQ, deployment, and production activities.
- Manage and develop large, multi-site, and multicultural multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Actively contribute to the pre-sales, estimation, risk analysis, and solution feasibility phases.
- Promote collaboration with other Thales teams to improve internal processes and tools.
- Represent the Delivery function to customers, governance bodies, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Managing complex and critical IT programs
- Large-scale systems integration with high security constraints
- Identity, biometrics, secure documents, and government solutions ecosystems
- Managing large technical teams (integration, development, architecture, testing, DevOps, security)
