Lead end-to-end management of virtual events and webinars, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met
Coordinate virtual event and webinar workstreams and develop tactical plans to achieve established goals
Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Social, Paid Media to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
Leverage and improve upon established processes, templates, and best practices for virtual event and webinar execution
Lead the virtual events and webinars calendar and content calendar logistical planning
Develop content for virtual event and webinar-related social media posts, webpages, emails, and other communication channels
Implement and optimize email campaigns promoting virtual events and webinars using marketing automation platforms
Track and analyze the effectiveness of virtual events and webinars, making data-driven optimizations
Generate reports using SalesForce to measure content performance and overall campaign success for virtual events and webinars
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
Expertise in SalesForce
Shown success in managing virtual events and webinars, as well as in-person events
Experience with On24 virtual platform and customer engagement hubs
Strong project management experience
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective time management abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines
Proficiency with SalesForce CRM
Meticulous attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt quickly to various situations and work well in a team environment
